These terms cover your use of the PerformativeGui app and website. By downloading or using them you agree to these terms.
The app and packs
The base app is free. The Widget Pack and Aesthetic Pack are optional add-ons you buy once. When you buy a pack, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on your own devices while signed in to your account. New widgets or looks added to a pack you own are included in that pack.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share an account to give others access to packs you bought.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the packs, or try to bypass the sign-in or unlock checks. Do not use the app to break the law or the terms of the sites you visit in it.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the seller of record. Prices are shown at checkout and may include taxes depending on where you live. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
Third-party services
The app can show weather, news and web pages from other companies. We do not control those services and they may change or stop working.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We try to keep it working well, but we do not promise it will be error free or always available.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the app or packs is limited to the amount you paid us for them.
Changes
We may update these terms and the app. If we make a material change to these terms we will update the date above.
